2/4/19 (New) - There is currently a known issue due to a maintenance update that was released over the weekend wherein users get a generic error while trying to log into Dynamics 365. Currently it seems that this only affects users who access Dynamics 365 via a bookmarked URL. Accessing Dynamics 365 by typing in the URL allows the user to get into the system without any issues & then the bookmark can be recreated afterwards.
4/13/18 (Update) - We have found the cause of the case creation errors on our portal. It is due to placing text inside of angle brackets in your description. For instance, if you were to put <firstname.lastname@example.org> inside of your description with the angle brackets on the outside of the email, it would throw an error on creation. As a temporary workaround you can remove any angle brackets from your case and submit without any issues while we continue to investigate.
Thank you for your patience and understanding,
NuSoft Support Team
