Enabling Tracing & Gathering Files

  1. Close Outlook
  2. From the Start Menu, search for & open Diagnostics


     
  3. Go to the Advanced Troubleshooting tab
  4. Mark the Tracing checkbox and change the level to Verbose
  5. Click on Save


     
  6. Open Outlook & reproduce the issue
  7. Once reproduced, open Diagnostics again and uncheck the Tracing box & click Save
  8. Open File Explorer and navigate to %localappdata%\Microsoft\MSCRM\Traces
  9. Zip up all of the files in that folder and email them to your representative from Atrio


     
  10. Once they have been successfully emailed, feel free to delete them from your system (this may require closing Outlook)
