Clearing IE Browser Cache

  1. In Internet Explorer, go to the Gear Icon at the top right
  2. Click on Internet Options


     
  3. On the General tab, click on the Delete… button


     
  4. Mark the boxes just as below (Passwords and Download History don’t need to be marked, and make sure to uncheck Preserve Favorites)


     
  5. Once the yellow box appears at the bottom of Internet Explorer that says it has finished deleting, then close & reopen Internet Explorer and attempt your task again
