Clearing IE Browser Cache
- In Internet Explorer, go to the Gear Icon at the top right
- Click on Internet Options
- On the General tab, click on the Delete… button
- Mark the boxes just as below (Passwords and Download History don’t need to be marked, and make sure to uncheck Preserve Favorites)
- Once the yellow box appears at the bottom of Internet Explorer that says it has finished deleting, then close & reopen Internet Explorer and attempt your task again
