Clearing Firefox Cache

  1. In Firefox, go to the Hamburger Icon at the top right
  2. Click on History

  3. Click on Clear Recent History…

  4. In the new pop up window, change the Time range to clear to be Everything
  5. Match the check boxes to those in the screenshot below
  6. Click on Clear Now

  7. Wait 10 seconds and close Firefox
  8. Reopen Firefox and see if the issue has been fixed
  9. Contact, or the support representative you may already be working with, if the issue persists and you haven’t been given additional troubleshooting instructions
